These terms cover the website at https://www.cleargenwater.com and the services of Clear Gen Water Ltd., doing business as ClearGen Water("ClearGen Water", "we", "us"), based in Parker, CO. By using the site or our services you agree to them.
SMS terms
Programs. ClearGen Water sends text messages in two programs, and only to people who have opted in:
- Customer messages: replies to your water test request, appointment confirmations and reminders, results, quotes and service follow-ups.
- Recruiting messages: for people who apply through ourcareers page and tick the text consent box: application updates, interview and job scheduling, and new work opportunities.
Consent. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying from us or of applying to work with us.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request or application.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. To join again, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call(720) 619-8802, or emailnico@cleargenwater.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number and your consent are handled as described in ourPrivacy Policy. We do not sell them or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Water testing
In-home tests are on-site measurements made with field test equipment, and they tell us which treatment fits your water. Where a certified laboratory test is part of the job, the laboratory's report is the official result.
Quotes and prices
Every job is quoted in writing before any work begins. The written quote sets out what is included, and it governs if anything on this site differs from it.
The before and after guarantee
The terms of our before and after guarantee (what is measured, when it is retested, and what happens if a target is missed) are given to you in writing with your quote. Those written terms govern.
Using this site
Information on this site is general and is provided in good faith. It is not a substitute for testing your own water. We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
